Affordable Housing Downtown

A former 2.5-acre parking lot, the 201 Ellicott Street site is the center of a major project happening in downtown Buffalo’s Central Business District.  The new building will include 201 affordable housing apartments, 131 one-bedroom units and 70 two-bedroom units.  The project is schedule to be complete in 2021.

Frey Electric is the electrical contractor working on the residential project at 201 Ellicott Street.
