Frey Electric Part of 5 BXB Winners
Frey Electric was part of five projects that received a 2022 Brick by Brick Award. Each year the Buffalo Business First honors the best of the best in Real Estate, Construction and Development.
Overall, 13 of our projects were nominated. We’re honored to have great partnerships on each of our projects.
WINNERS:
GOLDEN BRICK: M&T Tech Hub – At Seneca One Tower, M&T Banks collaborative workspace to inspire innovation, Floors 13-22.
GOLDEN BRICK: 201 Ellicott – Former 2.5-acre parking lot includes 201 affordable housing apartments; 131 one-bedroom units and 70 two-bedroom units.
COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION: Buffalo City Mission – The 75,000 SF, four-story facility helps prevent men, women, and children from becoming homeless and provide more care to individuals who are already homeless.
HISTORIC RENOVATION: Pierce Arrow Lofts – Constructed in 1906, the former administration building was converted into 117 lofts & luxury apartments.
HOSPITALITY/TOURISM: Buffalo Niagara International Airport Expansion – Largest expansion in terminal history included additions, new entrances, baggage claim and more.

Historic Restoration: Buffalo History Museum Penfield Portico
Hospitality/Tourism: Presidents Grill, The Buffalo Club

Renovation: Erie County Medical Center Exterior Renovation
Renovation: Ingleside Apartments
