BUILDING WESTERN NEW YORK’S FUTURE TODAY

With the growing emphasis on green technology and energy, Erie Community College created a hands-on learning center where students can be taught about solar, wind and geothermal energy.

Frey Electric completed a 3.06kW AC PV Microinverter System along with a 3kW DC PV system shed roof for this project, along with battery backup. The total energy savings is 6,556 kW/year, saving the college approximately $725/year.
