Shea’s Performing Arts Center completed a $5 million renovation of its Shea’s 710 Theatre, transforming the interior and exterior public areas with a brighter, more functional design. The project increased usable space by 30% and added a new two-story lounge and cabaret area, along with a renovated patio featuring a canopy and enhanced outdoor lighting.

As the electrical contractor, Frey Electric completed all electrical and lighting upgrades, including an updated marquee, dynamic architectural lighting, and new digital signage along West Tupper and Pearl Streets to highlight upcoming performances and provide advertising opportunities for local businesses.
