The former windshield wiper factory was redeveloped into apartments and commercial space. After many years of being vacant, the massive 6-story brick structure has seen a rebirth on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
The building now has over 240 apartments with over 70 different floorplans ranging from 600 to 2,000 SF.
